Pricing
Two plans. Published in full.
No fleet bands, no quote to wait for, no price that depends on who is asking. Pick the plan that fits how your base works today; move to the other one whenever you like.
Why there are two
Some bases are not ready to change. That is fine.
Crew are hard to find and anything new at the base meets resistance. Guest exists so a company can step into digitalization with no digital load on operations: the guest gets the app, the company gets the marketing channel, and the base keeps its manual arrangements.
Full is for when the phone calls are the problem. The traffic-light board removes the back and forth between the office, the cleaning crew and the mechanics; fleets running it tell us they cut about 90% of those calls and run the season with about 30% less base workforce. Start on Guest, move to Full after only one Saturday trial.
In both plans
Included, not extra.
MonetIZATION, the optional add-on
The guest can pay for the system.
Guests get GPS tracking (on water and land), photo book making, and the professional weather map free in the app. With Moneta Monetization, the guest buys those features in the app at the counter (as an option), and the charter company keeps most of the price. Some fleets use it to recover the whole cost of the system; many do not bother, because the marketing value already covers it. Available on both plans. We explain the numbers on the demo.
Questions
What fleets ask before they sign.
Which devices does it run on?
The guest app and the base app are on iOS and Android, from the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. The portal runs in any browser.
Does it work offline at the base?
Yes. The apps keep working without signal and sync when the phone reaches Wi-Fi or mobile data again. Data is stored in the cloud.
How is it connected to our booking system?
Bookings come in from MMK Booking Manager or Nausys through their APIs; we in 24 hours. We have run these syncs since 2020.
How long does setup take, and who does it?
We do it. Send us your fleet list, inventories and documents in whatever state they are in and we load them. Training is over Zoom and the video school. Setup is included in both plans.
How long does the crew need to learn it?
One Saturday. The base app has at most three buttons on a screen, usually one, and every state is a colour. No course is required; just a detailed explanation (1-2 hours) and one live trial are enough to change the concept of working.
Can we start on Guest and move to Full later?
Yes, at any time, and the other way too. The price changes with the plan; nothing else does.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no time-limited contract.
Where is our data and who can see it?
On our secure Amazon cloud, encrypted, backed up, with automatic updates. Our GDPR statement is on this site. Your data is only yours.
