The Charter Manager App has 2 synchronized apps. One is the app for Charter employees/base staff, for managing vessels, check-in/out, internal communication, and more.
The second synchronized app, which we are addressing below, is the app for guests (The Charter App):
The Charter App does NOT RECORD or USE ANY DATA of YOUR CLIENTS!
The Charter App offers, to your guests, SAFER (contactless), faster and better procedures through the base. It also provides Charter companies with workflow optimization and recorded procedures to improve their businesses.
The Charter App is also a Check-in and Check-out platform, providing a signed PDF copy on the guest application.
Your clients will be grateful when you offered them a SAFER, faster, and more comfortable boarding experience.

About Us?
The ManagerApp, founder, developer, and holder of the Charter Manager App system (Charter Manager App and The Charter App) was a part of the Interblock gambling group (680 employees, mostly developers), the world’s largest manufacturer of electronic board games, with more than 29 years of innovation, offering technical support in 212 jurisdictions across the globe, holding more than 100 gambling licenses worldwide.
We are not, nor we’ll ever be, in charter vessel booking/renting business.
Registration to The Charter App (app for guests):
*Login is NOT required, client can use the app without login. Login is required ONLY for person signing check-in/out documents.
Your Guest CAN enter an Email and Password to sign in to the EMPTY APP – no connections to Charter company or agency.
EMAIL is ONLY as a reference point to retrieve the lost password. Emails are safely and securely stored deep in our Microsoft Azure cloud system storage, offering automated password retrieval.
1. WE DO NOT KNOW TO WHOM THIS EMAIL BELONGS
2. THERE IS NO CONNECTION TO AN AGENT NOR TO THE CHARTER COMPANY!
In other words, we only know that an App was activated, but we don’t know from whom or why.
3. EMAILS ARE ONLY USED TO CREATE A UNIQUE USER ID AND RETRIEVE PASSWORDS.
WE ONLY USE A BOOKING ID! IT IS OUR ONLY REFERENCE.
WE ARE THE MOST NEUTRAL PLATFORM BETWEEN AN AGENT AND A CHARTER COMPANY.
NO ONE CAN USE OUR DATA OR BENEFIT FROM IT!
GUEST AND CHARTER COMPANY NOTIFICATIONS:
When your guest adds a booking ID/reservation number, we know that this particular App ID is connected to this particular Booking ID.
Several days before booking, during the booking, and few days after the booking the Charter Company can send a Notification to the booking ID holder for the purpose to Notify them about the Check-in procedure, asking them to visit the office, board the vessel, sent weather alerts, inform them about lost items or …
This helps to improve safety, by minimizing the physical contact and waiting time in marinas.
The Charter App also offers, to your Guests, helpful and useful booking data:
Vessel inventory (Check-in list)
Video briefing (for reserved boat type)
Instruction modules (How-To, Checklist, routes, weather maps…
Other educational and helpful material related to the vessel or sailing.
